Elevate Your Talent Strategies with the C3 Webinar Series

We are in a world where data transparency is essential to creating equitable opportunities for individuals and organizations alike. To thrive in this evolving environment, we must support the issuance of learner and employment records, advance credential and skill transparency, and adopt skills-based hiring practices. These critical practices and technologies are most effective when they are reusable, scalable, interoperable, and built on open data standards, ensuring they connect seamlessly across systems and deliver value to the entire talent ecosystem.

The C3 Webinar Series began in September 2022, laying the foundation for an exceptional opportunity to collaborate, share, and learn. Since then, it has grown into a dynamic platform connecting diverse perspectives across education, credentials, workforce development, human resources (HR), and other communities within the learn-and-work ecosystem. Each session explores timely topics like skill and competency definitions, Learning and Employment Records (LERs), and Verifiable Credentials, driving meaningful progress and actionable insights.

Looking Ahead to 2025: Join Us in This Collaborative Effort

The C3 Webinar Series is more than a collection of webinars—it’s a shared effort to build a future where data transparency, interoperability, and equity are at the forefront of talent strategies. By focusing on open standards and scalable practices, the series supports solutions that benefit individuals and organizations across the ecosystem.

And the journey doesn’t stop in 2024. We’re continuing in 2025 with new, timely topics and fresh perspectives to address the challenges of an ever-evolving learn-and-work ecosystem. Each session will focus on emerging trends, scalable solutions, and actionable strategies, ensuring the series remains a vital resource for shaping the future of learning and work.
